What is a commercial gas certificate?
A commercial gas certificate is official documentation that a commercial gas installation has been safety-checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer. It covers catering appliances, commercial boilers, LPG and pipework as specified on the visit.
How much does a commercial gas certificate cost in London?
From £120 for the first hour of labour during office hours. Price depends on location; parts, extra time and out-of-hours work are charged separately. We confirm the figure before we attend.
Do you cover Central London?
Yes. Engineers attend commercial gas, LPG and catering work within a 30-mile radius of Central London, including South Kensington and surrounding neighbourhoods.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. LPG and commercial gas engineers are fully insured and registered with Gas Safe. We do not publish a licence number on this site.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency cover?
Yes. 24/7 support is available for commercial gas, LPG and catering issues, including emergency call-outs.
How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?
A team member aims to reach out within 60 minutes of your enquiry. For an unsafe appliance, call 0333 567 1957 now.
Do you issue landlord CP12 certificates?
Yes. Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) are booked through the same desk as commercial and catering work. First-hour labour from £120 in office hours.
Can you certify a catering kitchen?
Yes. We inspect and certificate catering appliances, commercial kitchens and LPG installations used in restaurants, cafés and hotels across Greater London.
Don't wait for a failed inspection or a shut kitchen.
Send the quote desk a postcode and the job type. We'll call back with a slot.
